SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY

We follow the BSCI code of conduct, which means:

Fair compensation – No discrimination – The right to freedom of association and collective bargaining – Decent working hours – No child labor – No forced labor – Occupational health and safety and Environmental protection

All our suppliers sign our code of conduct, which is based on the BSCI code. We regularly visit factories and engage in dialogue on how we can jointly develop the culture we have in our company with our production partners.

PRODUCTS & MATERIALS

By producing sustainable, functional products with high quality, we can minimize our environmental impact. Therefore, we place great emphasis on the choice of materials and accessories. Everything must comply with our environmental policy.

In 2010, we made our first garments with recycled materials.

In 2015, we started using fluorocarbon-free impregnation, and today, all our production uses PFC-free impregnation.

In 2023, we will start using dope-dyed in certain parts of our range. Dope-dyed reduces the use of water, energy, and chemicals in the dyeing process.

A large majority of our materials and accessories are certified with Oeko-Tex®100.

We strictly follow the levels and rules covered by REACH (EU chemicals regulation).

ANIMAL WELFARE

FUR. We only use synthetic fur in our products.

DOWN & FEATHERS. We only use imitation down or other synthetic insulation in our clothing.

CARE & REPAIR

No matter how you look at it, extended lifespan is the best way to protect the environment, and it also benefits your wallet.

Always follow the washing instructions on the garment. You can also impregnate the clothes yourself after a period of use and after a number of washes, but remember to use fluorocarbon-free impregnation.

Repairing garments can be difficult, but if there is an opportunity, it is also a good choice.

MANUFACTURING

Together with our suppliers, we are constantly looking for ways to reduce our environmental impact, primarily by reducing the use of water, energy, and chemicals. This applies to both producing factories and suppliers of materials and accessories.

By having long-standing relationships with quality-conscious factories, we can participate and influence so that our requirements are met.

ENVIRONMENTAL POLICY

ENVIRONMENTAL POLICY FOR PRODUCTION & PRODUCTS.

We follow EU regulations and national legislation in our environmental policy. We follow REACH, the EU regulation for chemicals.

We only use fluorocarbon-free impregnation in our treatments.

We do not use antibacterial treatments with toxic substances for our nature.

We use dope-dyed as often as possible.

ENVIRONMENTAL POLICY FOR OTHER OPERATIONS

Through coordination and consolidation, we ship with high filling rates in our containers, and if possible, we also ship directly to the customer to avoid unnecessary shipping. The same principles apply to deliveries to customers from our warehouse in Sweden.

At our office and warehouse, we have implemented various saving measures, such as changing the heating system, switching to LED tubes, etc. We sort our different types of waste, and we try to reuse the packaging that the products come in to us as much as possible.

In our company, we only drive cars that are fully electric or plug-in hybrids. This way, we significantly reduce carbon dioxide emissions.

Development is fast-paced, and we continuously implement new things that reduce our environmental impact. We also develop our policy based on the new opportunities that arise.
